Kalico is owned and operated by Cody LaCroix and Kaleb Seigle, two passionate builders each with over two decades experience in construction and fabrication. Their work has been featured in premier publications such as New York Magazine/Curbed and Elle Decor. After successfully running JSeigleBuilt for 15 years, they founded Kalico, where they continue to realize their client’s and collaborator’s visions.

With a scope space of over 4500 square feet, they take on projects of all scopes. Using the latest tech, they have materialized their client’s grandest ambitions, regardless of the medium or material - metal, stone, wood, foam, and acrylic.
